The ProgramThese sessions are a great preseason build up for pitchers to get properly prepared for the spring. Workouts are designed for each age group to help prepare and educate players on how to take care of their body and arms. Pitchers will also be taught how to use their body efficiently to throw strikes and take stress off the arm throwing hard.
Workouts will be designed for each specific age group utilizing space indoors and outdoors. The older groups will be focused more on Arm Velocity, Arm Care, Strength/Flexibility, Routines, and Effective Off-Speed Pitches.
