Core Strength Training Program (CST)
The CST Classes are focused on improving the ABCs of Athleticism: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed/Strength as well as Flexibility.
1-2 Trainers (depending on class sizes) design classes that will have athletes competing against others as well meeting their own goals. Players will record benchmarks on Tests Days to try to Improve Strength, Quickness, and Speed. |

Players/Parents Can Move A Week If Needed

Must Give 1 Week Notice If Canceling Weeks
*$20 Service Charge For Canceling Weeks*
*You Will Be Pro-Rated Based On The Number Of Weeks*

Paid For Full Program 6.5 Weeks = $200
Need to Cancel 2 Weeks
ProRated 4.5 Weeks = $180 ($40/per week)
Subtract $20 for Service Charge
= $0 Refund
