Core Strength Training Program (CST)
The CST Classes are focused on improving the ABCs of Athleticism: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed/Strength as well as Flexibility.
1-3 Trainers (depending on class sizes) design classes that will have athletes competing against others as well meeting their own goals. Every 2 weeks, there will be benchmarks on shuttle run, push ups, abs, etc. These benchmarks will help to measure improvement and development throughout the winter |
