Cancellation Policy

Cancel Individual Sessions Must give 48 hours notice for full refund/credit Cancelling within 48 hours = $15 late fee cancellation Example: Pd $40 = $25 refund/credit owed If there is a no-show or late cancellation, no refund is owed Weather Cancellations Players will receive full credits or refund for cancellations due to weather Example: Paid 6 Sessions = $200 Prorated 5 Sessions = $33.33 Refund/Credit Owed for weather cancellation Paid 1 Session = $40 $40 refund/credit owed |
Cancel Full Program Must give 7 day notice for full refund for all 6 sessions Cancelling all sessions with 7 days = $30 late fee cancellation (Pd $200 = $170 refund) Cancel Week - Paid For Full Program Must give 48 hours for refund after being prorating for 5 sessions Example: Paid $200 for 6 sessions Prorated for 5 sessions = $200 ($40/session) $0 refund owed Cancelling for 1 session with 48 hours = $15 late fee cancellation *Late fee would be applied if cancelling other sessions* Example: Paid $200 for 6 Cancelled 2 sessions w/1 late cancellation fee Prorated 4 sessions = $160 ($40/session) -$15 late fee $25 refund owed for 2 sessions w/late fee If there is a no-show or late cancellation, no refund is owed |
