Players will get 5-10 swings before the game to work on timing and warm up. Players are allowed to hit in other cages or tee stations if they are available. How to Score - Hitting Runners In Example: First hitter hits a single, runner on 1st. Second hitter gets out (by any means - ground out, fly ball, swing and miss, etc), the runner stays at 1st Third hitter hits a double, runner on 1st moves to 3rd and hitter is at 2nd. Forth hitter hits a single, runner on 3rd scores and runner on 2nd goes to third. No runners can advance on outs, must get at least a single to advance runners. |
Rules
The umpire determines hits and outs. There is absolutely no arguing with umpires on border line calls. The umpire will be feeding the ball into the pitching machine. Umpires can kick players out for unsportsmanlike conduct. If someone is kicked out, players may be kicked out of league for inappropriate conduct with no refunds. No coaches/coaching during play. This is a player oriented game. Players will make their own line ups and parents can watch from waiting room with no coaching. Our umpires/instructors are happy to give tips if players/teams are struggling to hit off the pitching machine. Extra Innings - Regular season games are capped at 9 innings and can end in a tie. Players will need to wear masks indoors at all times |
