This Program Is Designed For Aiding Athletes To Improve: Mobility Flexibility Range Of Motion Body Control Recovery Improvement On Flexibility & Mobility To Help Performance Like: Torque Bat Speed Pitching Speed Overall Speed and Athleticism Educating Players Using Yoga-Specific Calisthenics To Improve Mind/Body Awareness *If Players Lift 3-4 Hours Per Week, They Should Stretch 2-3 Hours Per Week* |
