Before joining this team, our experience was with a program where positions were strictly fixed and development was limited. What we loved about the Riptide practices was the deliberate focus on versatility. The coaches ensured the kids learned different positions and aspects of the game, which truly helped them understand baseball as a whole. I deeply appreciate the coaches' commitment to the players and the positive energy they poured into every practice and game. My son has learned so much this season and is already excited about next year. Thank you for a great season!

In all honesty, this was the best experience we have had in youth baseball so far. We have participated on some level for seven years with a variety of coaches and team makeups. The emphasis on TEAM in the Riptide program is the one thing I would say tops the list of the difference maker for us. Taking the focus off any one player in turn allowed them all to shine in their own ways. Each player was encouraged, built up, and challenged to do their best. My son, surprisingly, said after one game in which they lost but fought hard, "Coach Paul wasn't mad at us; he congratulated us for our hard work and how well we worked together." Well done. Great example for the way youth sports should be.

Yes, keep up the great work! Coach Ron is now my son's favorite baseball coach ever!! Ron does an excellent job teaching, motivating and holding players accountable with a positive demeanor.

Riptide Softball has been great for my daughter. Coaching is focused on building skills and confidence while teaching the girls to compete. My daughters love for the sport has grown this season while learning how to deal with the ups and downs of softball, a skill she can carry over to her everyday life.

We have been so very happy joining the RipTide organization. The communication is strong, the coaches are very positive and so knowledgable about the game, and my son feels supported, encouraged, and always looks forward to both practices and games.

Practices were great. Organized. We loved the communication of games and times. Much better than we have experienced in the past. Stick with professional coaches like Coach Green. School baseball coaches like Coach Green are educators first, which is key. Coach also has the temperament and experience to handle and coach this age group. No daddy ball ever!

We have two boys and both play on Riptide teams. Our experience with lessons, practices, games has been exceptional. Both kids have grown as players and we look forward to more years with the program.

****** had a great first week. He absolutely loves HS baseball....the baseball wisdom that you've imparted on him and his Riptide teammates is clearly visible in his gameplay, i.e. in his split-second decisions during plays. He just doesn't make any bad decisions during plays (so far). This is all across the board- with pitching, with running (of course), at his SS position, etc...I really feel that Riptide (and Coach Paul in particular) raised ****** and his teammates to become great HS baseball players

This was *****'s first year of travel ball. Coaches and team were very welcoming to her and our family. Her confidence over the season really improved.

As a first time travel ball family, our goal was two-fold, to see our child grow his skills and to watch him fall even more in love with the game. We were thrilled to witness both! His mechanical skills improved drastically over the season and he was excited and eager for every single practice and tournament. The training environment was fun, fast paced and focused on development. His coaches care about him as a person and a player and as a parent, it's been comforting to watch him thrive in this environment.

Riptide is a great place to build your child's baseball skills, with a long game mindset emphasizing development and designed to prepare your child for the rigors of high school and beyond

Want to thank you both Coach Corey and Coach Lou for the way you treat and talk to these boys. At this level of play theres a lot of negativity, talk and banter that can be pretty rough. You both have giving my son positive role models. Very grateful

We are very happy the way my son is coached. We think the world of Coach Paul and the whole Riptide organization and are very happy to be part of it. Overall, a fantastic fall experience. A big culture shift in the right direction. Coach had good command of the team, balancing important lessons with some humor. Riptide was the highlight of the week for our boys. Thank you.

Coach was great. Great educator, very patient and seems to understand the importance of keeping the kids engaged promoting love of of the game while building skills. Repeatedly heard what a great teacher he is and that he is not "mean" if mistakes are made. This was a very positive experience for our son. Also liked that Coach asked about school and tried to incorporate responses into his lessons. When he found out my son liked math he used that to teach him about angles and hitting.

I feel like the coaching staff did a really good job. It would probably be out of my depth to offer them any advice. I appreciate the time they spend on this.

First, Paul is an incredible coach and the main reason that we would choose to leave our prior club after 8 seasons and tryout for Riptide in the Spring. We are impressed with Paul's leadership and interaction with the players. His teaching and instruction are top notch.

Coaching was great. Ron had a really good demeanor. All of the coaches from Riptide that helped out at practices and games were great and engaging as well. Parents were great too. Good mix of kids.

I was very impressed by the program and very happy to have my son involved with it. I am hoping he stays with and continues to improve enough to stay with the program throughout the Spring season. Coaching was excellent

Matt & JT are a fantastic team. They complement each other very well, and the team responds to them well. The energy they give off together far exceeds that of the Spring and the players feed off that. From a parent's perspective, I feel that positive energy from the coaches is just as important as the skill level of the team. Job well done!
